The basic condition for starting the administration process is that the client's identification is based on the presentation of the client's IDs. By recording certified copies of the IDs, it can be verified that the administration was prepared properly.

With the FaceKom Phone solution, the paper-based recording process is simplified:

  • it is no longer necessary to manually read the data of the document used for identification

  • it is no longer necessary to manually scan the document used for identification

  • it is no longer necessary to digitize the document used for identification

Portrait photography

During administration, it may also be necessary to record the customer's face to avoid customer fraud incidents. An expensive but possible form of this is downloading customer portraits from the GIRO (BM) database for the document used for identification, or make a manual comparison by the clerk.

With the FaceKom Phone solution, however, this costly process is simplified:

  • the clerk can take a photo of the customer's face in advance, which can then be stored digitally

  • by comparing the customer's face image and the images on the document used for identification based on artificial intelligence, the comparison of the images can be automated

Customer identification

The identification of the customer is the base for starting the administration by the clerk, thereby it is reducing the time interval that can actually be spent on the given business process, and increasing the customer service time.

With the FaceKom eID solution, this time-consuming process can be simplified:

  • even the customer can identify himself in advance, so he can start the administration already identified

  • the clerk only has to verify the correctness of the preliminary customer identification
